Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Access the Favorite Reports List

Favorite reports are designated by a gold star on the Reports Management screen, but you can also filter by Favorite Reports, or click the Favorite Reports button, to view a list of only favorites.

All types of reports (including regular, standard, and shared reports, as well as the user's own reports) display together when you select the All Types filter from the Report Type drop-down. Since reports of all types can be designated as favorites, they will also display together in the Favorite Reports list.

To view a list of favorite reports perform ONE of these two steps on the Reports Management screen:

  1. Click the Favorite Reports button on the upper right of the screen. This button does not display if the Favorite Reports option is selected from the Report Types list.
  2. Click the Favorite Reports filter option on the Report Type drop-down list.
